Trusted by
A new Bible college that has run its records, classes, grades and public website on Yamoreh from the start.
Read their storyWhy one system
A records system, a learning platform, a website builder and an email tool, each with its own login and its own copy of the student. Yamoreh is one, and your staff keep the email they use now.
A student's record split across four systems
One record per student: enrollment, contacts, documents, grades and attendance. Every role sees only its slice.
Software that bills you per student
One flat price by enrollment band. Records, registration, teaching, advising, reports, the public site and school messaging.
Students sent to a vendor's website
Students, faculty and applicants come to your school's own address. Your name on the door, your data behind it.
The year

Every user included
Students, faculty, staff and families. No seat licences.
Your own domain
A public school site and the application on a domain you already own. Works alongside Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Two-factor sign-in
For every account, with an audit trail of who looked at what.
Migration done with you
Your records are moved in once, with you, as part of onboarding.
The product
For students
Courses, turning work in, grades, the calendar, the library and their degree.
For instructors
A new class, quizzes, grading, marking up a scanned paper, AI reading and the SIS.
For students
A student opens a course and sees its assignments in order, each with its due date, its points and whether it has been turned in and graded. Turning work in is a page, not an email, and the grade comes back on the same page.

For faculty
The class list, everyone present until tapped: absent, then late, then excused, and one save, from a phone at the door or a laptop at the desk. Grading opens on the first thing waiting with the score box already focused.

For the office
Every student is one record: enrollment, contacts, documents, academic history, and every role sees only its own slice of it. Registration opens at your school's address, and each application is a page the registrar works through.

For the office
Everything a course is lives on its section: the modules, the files, the syllabus, the meeting pattern, the teacher. Save it as a course template and any future section starts from it, with every due date moved into the new term.

For the office
Academic Pulse reads the school every day (unstaffed sections, unpublished syllabi, grades waiting on approval, stalled registrations) and scores it, with each finding one click from the screen that fixes it.

Scope and boundaries
Where the product stops, stated here rather than discovered after you have moved your records in.
Small schools: Bible colleges, seminaries and private colleges that need records, registration and teaching in one place without an enterprise contract. K-12 arrives in spring 2027; schools can join the list at yamoreh.com/k12.
No. Yamoreh does not package or disburse financial aid, and does not talk to COD or the ISIRs. Aid stays where it is, and the student record carries what the aid office needs (enrollment status, credit load, the transcript) and exports it.
Not for you. The data model carries state service ids, Ed-Fi and TSDS identifiers on courses and PEIMS readiness in grading, and reports export in the shapes the agencies ask for. The mapping is documented, built for Texas first.
With us, once, as part of onboarding. Migration is covered by a one-time onboarding fee alongside the monthly price; founding schools pay no onboarding fee.
The people who build it. Yamoreh is a software company, not a support organization with a phone tree, and there is no plugin marketplace. What a school needs tends to ship within the term it was asked for.
Outside Yamoreh. Yamoreh doesn't send tuition bills or take payments, so your business office keeps the tool it uses now, such as QuickBooks or an online payment form. What billing needs to know (who is enrolled, in which classes, for how many credits) is kept on each student's record in Yamoreh.
No. Yamoreh hosts your school's public website, application and sign-in on a domain you already own, such as yourschool.org, or on yourschool.yamoreh.com until you have one. Yamoreh doesn't issue domains. A .edu domain comes only from EDUCAUSE, for accredited institutions; if your school has one, Yamoreh can run on it.
No, it works alongside them. Yamoreh doesn't host staff mailboxes. It sends your school's own emails, such as application updates and acceptance letters, in your school's name, and students, faculty and staff message each other in Yamoreh's Inbox. Your staff keep the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mail they use now.

One record per student
From first application to graduation.
Admissions, registration, every term's courses and grades, and the transcript at the end, all in one place.
A school that grows from 150 students to 300 should not watch its software bill double. Yamoreh is one flat price a month by enrollment band, every module included.
Founding schools: the first 10 schools pay 40% less, locked for 3 years, with no onboarding fee. See pricing
from$249a month
Under 50 students. Founding schools $149. 5 bands, every module, month to month or yearly with two months free.
